Professional and universal competencies that a graduate will possess In the process of training, the following professional competencies will be formed:

·                 To protect personal rights and freedoms, socio-economic and political rights of citizens, constitutional system of the Republic of Belarus, state and public interests guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and other legislative acts;

·                 To supervise implementation of legislation;

·                 To protect individual rights and freedoms, interests of society through a quick and complete investigation of crimes, primarily of an economic nature;

·                 To compose statements, complaints and other legal documents;

·                 To represent clients in court;

·                 To organize legal support for performance of a state body, enterprise, organization or institution;

·                 To ensure legality in activity of a state body, enterprise, organization or institution;

·                 To certify deals (agreements, wills, powers of attorney, etc.);

·                 To provide consulting services for deals with real estate. Provide information on supply and demand for real estate;

·                 To verify accounting (financial) statements, consolidated statements on activity of a banking group or a bank holding company;

·                 To organize work of small teams of performers to achieve their objectives, organize economic processes, develop strategies for behavior of economic entities, markets, national and global economy;
